FREEDOM ALLIANCE SCHOLARSHIP FUND

PURPOSE
OF PROGRAM: (1) Raise money for the Freedom Alliance scholarship fund
(2) Raise money for
the church
(3) Bring the
community together for good clean family fun entertainment
(4) Help recruit new
members to the church family
CHURCH
EXPENSES: Motel Lodging (2 rooms) for David and his touring staff
OTHER POSSIBLE EXPENSES: Church would be responsible for any additional
outside paid advertising if you so choose to do so.
NOTE:
(1) David will provide the church with free promotional posters to be
posted throughout the city.
(2)
David will provide the church with press
release material to be given to the local media.
(3)
David will be available to perform for a local television show the day of
the show.
(4)
David will be available for radio show interviews the day of show or call
in’s days before.
STAGE
ASSISTANTS: David will bring 2 assistants but will need a few people to
help for load in and out.
LIGHTING
& SOUND: David will provide this, unless the church has
state-of-the-art equipment.
TRANSPORTATION:
David and his crew are responsible for the transportation of his 2 trucks
and trailers.
FACILITY:
The show can be held in the church sanctuary, auditorium, or gymnasium.
The area should be about 24 feet deep x 40 feet wide x 12 height
clearance.
COST
OF SHOW: The church doesn’t pay anything for the show. However, the
church is responsible for selling tickets at a cost of around fourteen
dollars. Children 5 and under would get in for free. The church would have
to guarantee to sell a minimum number of 150 tickets, in order for the
show to come in. The show is designed for as many as 2,550 patrons to
attend. It is suggested to start promoting and selling tickets for the
show at least one month out.
TICKET
SPLIT: (1) David Robinson and his crew would receive 50 percent of the
ticket sales to be paid after the show.
(2) Church would receive 30 percent of the ticket sales.
(3) Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund would receive 20 percent of
the ticket sales.
NOTE:
The church can donate a larger percentage of their profits to the Freedom
Alliance Scholarship Fund if
they choose to do so.
NOTE:
A container will be placed out before the show so that people attending
can make extra donations (or love offering) to the Freedom Alliance. The
church and David will count this money after the show. The church will
keep the money and make out a check to the Freedom Alliance Scholarship
Fund for 100 percent of that amount collected. Freedom Alliance donation
mail in slips will also be made available.
NOTE:
David will do a meet and greet with the people after the show and have
autographed photos and videos for sale. This money goes directly to David
for travel expenses (gas & food).
